Meet Maritha Green

I am a woman of faith, a mother, educator, author, entrepreneur, minister, mentor, and speaker with a heart that beats for women—their healing, their identity, and their God-given calling. Empower HER was born from years of watching women carry quiet questions about who they are and what they were created to be.

This ministry is my answer to a holy ache: that no woman should walk her purpose alone. Whether you are new to your faith journey or a seasoned believer, you belong here.

Raised in the church from a young age, I was grounded in the principles of faith and the power of prayer. Those foundational values shaped my passion for serving others and encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to live lives marked by purpose, faith, and impact.

As the visionary founder of Empower HER Women's Ministry, I am committed to inspiring, equipping, and empowering women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose and destiny. Through this ministry, my desire is to help women hear, believe, speak, and walk in the life God has predestined for them. I believe every woman has been uniquely created by God with purpose, value, and influence, and my mission is to help her embrace that truth.

My passion for mentorship began years ago through the founding of the DESTINY Mentor Program, an initiative designed to help young girls discover their God-given purpose, strengthen their identity in Christ, and build confidence in their unique calling. Through this work, I established the Marie B. Adams Scholarship, investing in graduating high school seniors as they pursued higher education and stepped into their futures. As an entrepreneur, mentor, and leader, I hosted numerous DESTINY Mentor Program Summer and Winter STREAM Camps and organized multiple Operation Toy Drives, demonstrating my heart for education, service, and community impact.

From this foundation and my continued burden for the next generation, Empower HER Too was birthed—an extension of the vision dedicated to inspiring, igniting, and equipping young ladies to grow in faith, purpose, leadership, and identity.

As an author, I released Prayers for LIFE, a devotional birthed through the vision of the ministry. This transformative resource guides readers in praying God's Word over eight key areas of life: Flesh, Fear, Faith, Finances, Family, Friends, Favor, and Future.

In the fall of 2025, I expanded my mission through the launch of Chosen Clothiers, a faith-based apparel brand that reflects my commitment to purpose, identity, and Kingdom-inspired living.

Whether speaking, teaching, mentoring, or leading, my greatest desire is to see women and young girls transformed by God's love, empowered by His Word, and equipped to fulfill the purpose for which they were created. Through every platform I serve, my prayer remains the same: that every woman would know who she is, whose she is, and walk confidently in the destiny God has prepared for her.
