About the Ministry

Who We Are

Empower HER Women's Ministry is a sacred space where women come as they are and leave equipped for who God has called them to be.

We are celebrating 8 years of Faith, Purpose, and Impact.

Empower HER was birthed in the summer of 2018 from a vision God gave to Maritha Green. Its mission is to teach, empower, and inspire women to hear, believe, walk in, and speak the life God has predestined for them. Through faith, purpose, and personal growth, Empower HER encourages women to embrace their God-given identity and live boldly in their calling.

Our Story

The Journey

2018

The inaugural Empower HER event was held in the fall of 2018 as the Empower HER Brunch. The following year, God led Maritha to expand the ministry into a conference experience, allowing Empower HER to reach and impact even more women.

2019

The Facts of LIFE Bible Study was established to provide ongoing encouragement and spiritual growth for women. This ministry was created to inspire, ignite, and motivate women to deepen their relationship with Christ and strengthen their faith through the study of God's Word.

2021

As the world began to reopen following the COVID-19 pandemic, Empower HER hosted its first virtual live conference, providing women with encouragement, connection, and spiritual empowerment during a season of transition.

January 2023

The Empower HER team hosted the Vision Boards & More event, encouraging women to dream boldly, set intentional goals, and embrace accountability as they pursued God's purpose for their lives.

2024

As the ministry continued to grow, Empower HER relaunched its in-person conference, bringing women together once again for a powerful experience of faith, fellowship, and transformation.

Today

Empower HER continues to serve as a source of encouragement, empowerment, and spiritual growth for women from all walks of life. Through conferences, Bible studies, special events, and community connections, Empower HER remains committed to helping women discover their purpose, strengthen their faith, and confidently walk in the life God has called them to live.
